- This Policy applies to all Bright & Smart, LLC programs, services, events, and activities.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal cancellations, text messages, or social media communications will not be accepted.
- Refund eligibility is based on the following minimum notice requirements:

Weekly classes and enrichment programs: 48 hours

Multi-day camps: 7 days

Single-day camps and drop-in programs: 48 hours

Birthday parties: 7 days

Field trips: 14 days

- Approved refunds may be issued minus applicable administrative or materials fees. Partial refunds may apply, depending on the notice provided. Credits, when issued, are valid for ninety (90) days and may be transferred to siblings. Discounted, promotional, or scholarship registrations are non-refundable and credit-only.
- Missed classes due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts may be eligible for make-up via an open lab or an alternate class, subject to availability. Make-ups are not guaranteed.
- Bright & Smart reserves the right to cancel programs due to low enrollment, weather conditions, instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, families will receive a refund or credit, at Bright & Smart’s discretion, unless otherwise stated.
- Registration fees for birthday parties and summer camps are non-refundable. Purchased materials, including additional camp shirts and robotics kits, are non-refundable once ordered.
- Bright & Smart management reserves the right to make exceptions to this Policy at its sole discretion.
Bright & Smart Club programs offer flexible attendance; however, advance registration is required to reserve a space.
Registration Requirements

Club sessions must be purchased at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled event to hold a spot.

Registrations submitted within 48 hours of the event may be accepted only if space is available and are subject to a $5 late registration fee.
Cancellations & Credits

Club registrations are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend a registered club session for any reason, the registration will be converted into a credit for future club participation.

May be used for another club date

May be transferred to a sibling

Additional Notes

Attendance is optional; however, registration is required in advance for planning materials, staffing, and space.

Bright & Smart reserves the right to cancel club sessions due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, families will receive a credit or refund, at Bright & Smart’s discretion.
